Aufgaben

  • You own our applicative and clinical understanding of cranial tumor procedures, you observe current trends and developments in clinics and industry

  • You propose and evaluate attractive potential future offerings to drive clinical outcome or workflow improvement in cranial tumor. In this role you shape our future offering in cranial tumor

  • You will act as the spokesperson within Zeiss for a holistic view of the workflow in cranial tumor procedures

  • You contribute with value and actively drive the workflow concept in product generation projects, in (early) innovation projects as well as in clinical or medical studies

  • You establish and maintain a close customer interface in cranial tumor clinical environment

  • You will ensure tight integration with all areas of SBU and relevant MED or ZEISS entities


Profil
  • University degree medicine, natural sciences or engineering with additional business administration qualification (MBA) or PhD preferred

  • At least 8 years of professional experience in the medical industry or in a clinical environment

  • Specific clinical or medical knowledge in neurosurgery and especially cranial tumor interventions is a strong plus

  • Commercial knowledge in respective medical market

  • Fluent English language skills, intercultural negotiation skills

  • Well-founded project and product management skills

  • A high degree of social skills and customer orientation
